Hydraulic Energy Australia recently completed a scheduled overhaul on two conveyor lubrication skids that had experienced a drop in overall performance. Both units were fully stripped, inspected, refurbished, and tested before being returned to service.
Project Overview
The skids were brought in for a scheduled overhaul following a noted decline in operational performance. Hydraulic Energy carried out a comprehensive scope of work to restore both units to full working order, covering mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components across each skid.
Key Features
- Radiator Service: Each radiator was chemically flushed and pressure tested to ensure full cooling capacity was restored.
- Pump Overhaul: Both pumps were fully overhauled, resealed, and tested to confirm correct operation prior to redeployment.
- Motor Replacement: Electric motors on both units were replaced as part of the scheduled overhaul scope.
- Relief Valve Replacement: System relief valves were replaced to ensure correct system pressure management.
- Full Refurbishment: All remaining components were inspected, refurbished, and repainted to bring both units back to a serviceable standard.
